Combines resistance training and cardio into one workout, Metabolic Conditioning
Fit Metrix HR Zone training to maximize your results and max caloric expenditure.
Members are placed into small groups of 2-4 within a larger training group yet still get Individualized attention to maximize results
3 Dimensional Functional Training - To Enhance your everyday life and task. The work out is design to provide Basic Movement, Modifications and Progressions for all levels of fitness.
Strength Training - Depending on the day that you come in the Emphasis of the day is Different and dynamic, from Total Body Resistance Training to Core and stability and High intensity metabolic conditioning days.
75-80% of results dependent on nutrition and dietary support. This is why all members and clients receive a Meal Plan and weekly nutrition counseling.
Train in Groups – Creates Camaraderie, Community, Healthy Competition, Motivation, Accountability, Consistency,
Roughly 50 classes/week from 4a-8p and weekend classes. All Studio Hours are 100% supervised in order to keep members safe and help train effectively, as well as driver results though accountability.
